For exterior contractors on production homes

Plan set in.
Priced takeoff out.

Upload the builder's PDF. Neuralogic sorts every sheet, verifies the scale, and measures stucco, siding, stone, trim and flashing on every elevation, priced at your rates and traced back to the drawing.

How it works

From the builder's PDF to a bid in four steps.

  1. 1

    Drop in the plan set

The whole PDF, as the builder sent it. Permit sets, bid sets and revisions, up to 800 pages.

  2. 2

    Sheets sort themselves

Every page is tagged by trade with a confidence score. Elevations go to takeoff; anything unsure comes to you with a reason.

  3. 3

    Every finish is measured

Scale is read and checked against the dimension strings, then every wall field, opening and edge is measured.

  4. 4

    Review, price, export

Builder rules and your rates are applied. Check the overlay, approve, and export to Excel or your estimating software.

What it measures

The whole exterior package, the way your estimators count it.

Every exterior finish

Stucco, lap, board & batten, shake and stone by the square foot, with openings deducted from the field they sit in.

Trim, flashing and edges

Corner trim, belly bands, stone caps, head flashing, weep screed, fascia, gutters and downspouts by the linear foot.

Scale you can trust

Read from the title block and the drawing label, then checked against a dimension string. Conflicts are flagged, never guessed.

Rules per builder

Stone on front only, wainscot heights, waste factors. Written the way your estimators say them, run on every plan.

Priced at your rates

Order quantities with waste, your price list per line, and a package total before margin.

Export where you work

An Excel workbook with the estimate, the sheet index and sources, or CSV for your estimating software.

Principles

Built to be checked, not trusted blindly.

A takeoff is only useful if your estimator can stand behind it. So every quantity shows its work.

Flags, not guesses

If the scale doesn't add up or a sheet is unclear, it's flagged with a reason code. Nothing is silently defaulted.

Every number traced

Each quantity links to the sheet and elevation it was measured on, with the overlay to prove it.

Your estimator decides

The takeoff is a first draft in a minute. Your team reviews, adjusts and approves before anything goes out.
